Making a payment to your MCFCU loan has never been easier. With a variety of options, you can pay your loan in a way that is convenient for you.

  • Recurring or One-time Transfers
    You can transfer funds from your Credit Union checking or savings account to your loan through online or mobile banking.

    How-to Online:
    1. Login to our online banking
    2. Select TRANSFERS/PAYMENTS
    3. Select which suffix you would like to TRANSFER FROM
    4. Select the loan you would like to TRANSFER TO
    5. Enter the amount and select CONTINUE
    6. For a ONE-TIME transfer, select RIGHT NOW
    7. For a RECURRING transfer, select SCHEDULE and enter the desired date and frequency
    8. Select SUBMIT then review and confirm your transfer.


    How-to in our Mobile App:
    1. Login to our mobile app
    2. Select TRANSFERS
    3. Select TRANSFER/PAYMENT
    4. Select which suffix you would like to TRANSFER FROM
    5. Select the loan you would like to TRANSFER TO
    6. Enter the amount and select NEXT
    7. For a ONE-TIME transfer, select RIGHT NOW
    8. For a RECURRING transfer, select SCHEDULE and enter the desired date and frequency
    9. Select NEXT then review and submit your transfer
  • Payroll Deduction or Direct Deposit
    Once you have your payroll deduction or direct deposit set up with your employer, you can then make a one-time or recurring transfer from that account.

    If you already have payroll deduction or direct deposit, see “Recurring or One-time Transfers” for how to set up your payment. For TRANSFER FROM, you will select whichever account you set up with your employer.

    If you do not have payroll deduction or direct deposit, provide your employer with the information below:
    1. Account #
    2. Routing #
    3. Account type (Checking or Savings)
    4. Amount you would like to deposit (full or partial)
  • External Bank Account
    You can make a payment using your account from another financial institution using online or mobile banking. Simply set up a transfer from your external account to your loan. Be sure to set up the transfer a few days before your loan due date to ensure your payment will be on time.

    If you already have an external account linked, see “Recurring or One-time Transfers” for how to set up your payment. For TRANSFER FROM, you will select your external account.

    If you do not have an external account linked, follow the steps below to get started:

    How-to Online:
    1. In the Menu, select EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS
    2. Select ADD EXTERNAL ACCOUNT
    3. ACCEPT the disclosure
    4. Enter your external account information including the account and routing numbers
    5. Select ADD EXTERNAL ACCOUNT
    6. Proceed with account verification*


    How-to in our Mobile App:
    1. Login to our mobile app
    2. Select TRANSFERS
    3. Select EXTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
    4. Select ADD EXTERNAL ACCOUNT
    5. AGREE to the disclosure
    6. Enter your external account information including the account and routing numbers
    7. Select ADD EXTERNAL ACCOUNT
    8. Proceed with account verification*


    *Two transfers will be made into your external account. You will need to verify access to that account by entering the amount of those transfers.
  • Debit/Credit Card
    You can make a one-time payment with any Mastercard or VISA Credit/Debit card via online/mobile banking or by phone.

    How-to Online:
    1. Login to our online banking
    2. Select TRANSFERS/PAYMENTS
    3. For TRANSFER FROM select “Make a Loan Payment with a Credit or Debit Card”
    4. For TRANSFER TO select your loan
    5. Enter the amount and select CONTINUE
    6. AGREE to the Debit/Credit Card Transfer Disclosure
    7. You will then be prompted to enter your card information for your payment
    8. Review and submit your payment


    How-to in our Mobile App:
    1. Login to our mobile app
    2. Select TRANSFERS
    3. Select TRANSFER/PAYMENT
    4. Under TRANSFER FROM select “Make a Loan Payment with a Credit or Debit Card”
    5. Under TRANSFER TO select your loan
    6. Enter the amount and select NEXT
    7. AGREE to the Debit/Credit Card Transfer Disclosure
    8. You will then be prompted to enter your card information for your payment
    9. Review and submit your payment
  • In Person at the Credit Union
    Visit the Credit Union at 503 West Main Street, Morehead, KY to make your loan payment.

    Pay with:
    1. Cash
    2. Check
    3. Credit/Debit Card
  • Mail Us a Check or Bill Pay from another Financial Institution
    Send your loan payment to 503 West Main Street, Morehead, KY. Remember to put your account/loan number in the memo of the check so we know how to apply the payment.

    Contact your other financial institution for how to set up Bill Pay from your account with them to your loan at MCFCU.
