Remote & Non-Contact Services

The safest and most convenient way to take care of your business is through our mobile app, website, or drive-thru.  Most of the services we offer can be handled remotely and contact free and are listed below.  At Morehead Community FCU our goal is to keep our members, staff, and our community safe.

  • You can use Internet Banking or our mobile app to view your transactions and balances as well as make transfers and more, 24/7. If you need help getting logged in to Internet Banking, give us a call and we will be glad to walk you through it.
  • If you would like to open an account or make changes to a current account:
    • Call us at 606-784-2201, then stop by our drive thru to sign any paperwork or make the necessary deposits.  
    • Apply for membership online here.
  • If you need to make a deposit or loan payment:
  • If you need money from your account:
    • Use our drive thru during business hours.
    • Withdraw it from our ATM. If you are not in Morehead, you can use this link to locate a fee-free ATM near you. (Keep in mind that you can withdraw from any ATM, but one that is not within the MoneyPass or AllianceOne networks may charge a fee.) If you need to withdraw a large amount, please call us and we can raise your ATM withdrawal limit.
    • We can also mail out a cashier’s check made out to you—just call to request it, or you can do it yourself from Internet Banking.
      • To have a check mailed to yourself through Internet Banking, log in, open the menu, and select Withdrawal under Services.
  • You can pay your bills from home by setting up Bill Pay through Internet Banking. Bill Pay can also be used for payments to individuals. (Please note Bill Pay payments typically take 1-2 business days to process.)
    • To set up Bill Pay, log in to Internet Banking or our mobile app, open the menu, and select Bill Pay under Services.
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. With a quick tap of your phone or smartwatch, you can now use your MCFCU Mastercard Debit Card to make purchases securely and privately.
  • You can apply for a loan through Internet Banking using this link, or through our mobile app–and once approved you can complete the entire loan process contact-free!
  • Loan payments can be made through transfers on our app/Internet Banking or left in our night deposit.
    • You can also mobile deposit a check, then make your payment yourself online, or call us to let us know to apply it as a payment.
  • If you need to check balances, transfer funds, or have any questions about your account, you can call us at 606-784-2201.
